Molde-Ona, 31 km, 2 hours 30 min, 2 ferries
RV662 runs westwards from Molde to Hollingsholmen, where there is a ferry service over to Aukra (15 min). On the island of Gossen you can visit Løvikremma Coastal Farm and the Rokta Monument on the island of Rindarøya. Ferry from Småge to Ona (approx. 1 time 30 min), Norway's southernmost still-functioning fishing village with a permanent population of 30. This small island community has a summer café, several places to stay and two pottery workshops. Ona Lighthouse (1867) is 15 meters tall and placed on the highest point of the island. Fantastic view over the ocean and towards the mainland. You can also go across the bridge to the island of Husøya.
Ona-Midsund-Molde, 62 km, 3 hours, 3 ferries
Travel with the ferry from Ona to the island of Finnøya (45 min), where the wonderful aqua park "Håp i Havet" is located. Finnøya is connected to the island of Harøya, where the windmills are lined up. Ferry from Myklebust to Dryna (approx. 1 hour), continue to Midsund. Short walk from the ferry landing to the grotto Franskhelleren, and further along the way you can also stop to see the Bjørneremshellerne grottos, 200 meters from RV668. This is also the place of the old national border. Continue along FV202 on the island of Otrøya. In Heggdalsvika you can visit a restored mill from the 1880s. Ferry crossing from Solholmen to Mordalsvågen (15 min) and return to Molde via RV662.
